Yes, in order for the figures ordered to fit together optimally in proportion, all figures must be ordered in the same nativity scene size. This is because the size given refers to the nativity scene series or a standing figure from the nativity scene series. Animals, bent people and children are often smaller than the given size.
Shipping and delivery
As soon as the order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation with a link to track the shipment will be sent by email.
Shipping is free within Germany for orders over 30€. For orders under 100€, shipping costs are 4.30€.
Outside Germany and within the EU, shipping costs are 13.99€. In the US 19,99$
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Return & Refund
To return an item, Akantus
by means of a clear statement (e.g. an email) about the decision to withdraw from the contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose.
In the event of a return, the refund will be made immediately and within fourteen days after receipt and inspection of the goods using the payment method used for the order.
The ordered items can be returned within fourteen days.
The customer bears the costs of return shipping.
