Return Request – How It Works
Want to return an item? No problem – you can request a return easily in just a few clicks via your customer account.
Step 1: Start the Return in Your Accoun
- Log in to your customer account.
- Go to “Orders” and open the relevant order.
- Click “Request return”.
Step 2: Select a Reason for Return
- Choose the reason for return in the form.
- (Optional) Leave us a short note.
- Click “Request return” to complete the process.
Whats next?
Once we have reviewed and confirmed your return request, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all return details.

After receiving and checking your return, the refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
